- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from dispatch.
- Peak Periods: During high-demand seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
- Estimates Only: All shipping times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary based on the performance of third-party carriers.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and further details via email.
- Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon dispatch from our facility.
3. Carrier Liability and Third-Party Responsibility
- Carrier Performance: We use reputable third-party carriers for delivery. Once your order is handed over, the final delivery is the sole responsibility of the carrier.
- No Liability for Delays: KittyGlow is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or any events beyond our control. Any delay in delivery is deemed to be the responsibility of the carrier.
- Direct Claims: In the event of a shipping delay attributable to the carrier, any claims for refunds, chargebacks, or compensation must be directed to the carrier. We reserve the right to request documented evidence of such delays before considering any dispute.
4. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Dispute Resolution
- Shipping-Related Refunds: Refunds will not be provided for shipping delays that are outside of our control. If a delay occurs due to carrier issues, you are required to seek resolution directly with the carrier.
- Chargeback Disputes: Any chargebacks or refund claims made solely on the basis of shipping delays will be disputed. You acknowledge that any such issues arising from carrier delays are not the responsibility of KittyGlow.
- No Breach of Contract: Delays caused by carriers or external factors do not constitute a breach of contract. By placing an order with us, you agree that the estimated delivery times are non-binding and that our liability is limited.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of KittyGlow.
- Monitoring Shipments: Once your order is dispatched, it is your responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking information and to follow up with the carrier if issues arise.
